What should I include in the brief?
What you are building, who it is for, what is currently blocking you and any hard dates. If you have a specification or existing code, mention it, but do not wait until you have a document to write to us.
What is your minimum engagement?
Advisory work starts at two weeks. Build engagements generally start around three months, because anything shorter rarely produces something worth maintaining.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before you send anything sensitive. Send yours or ask for ours and we will turn it around the same day.
How do you price work?
Dedicated pods are billed monthly per pod, fixed scope builds are billed against milestones and advisory work is a fixed fee. We give you a cost band in the first reply and a firm number after the architecture sprint.
