Five stages, no surprises
The same sequence runs on a six week prototype and an eighteen month platform build. The depth changes, the order does not.

Architecture sprint
Two weeks. We map the domain, pressure test the requirements, pick the stack and hand you a technical plan with cost bands and a running skeleton.
Stage 02 · 3 to 5 weeks
Foundation
Repository, CI, environments, authentication, observability and the first vertical slice of real functionality. You get a deployed URL in the first month.
Stage 03 · Ongoing
Build
Two week iterations against a visible backlog. Demo every second Thursday, staging deploy every merge, production release when you say go.
Stage 04 · 2 to 4 weeks
Harden and launch
Load testing, penetration testing, accessibility audit, runbooks and an on call rotation. We launch with you, not by handing over a zip file.
Stage 05 · Your call
Run or hand over
